Products manufactured by Absolute Outdoor of America, LLC. are warranted to be free of defects from workmanship or materials for a period of one year from date of purchase. These warranties are NOT TRANSFERABLE and are effective only in the country of purchase and from the date of the original retail purchase. Authorized dealers do not have the authority to make warranties in addition to or inconsistent with the terms or conditions set forth in this warranty.

Abuse, negligence, cosmetic decoration and normal wear and tear are not covered in this warranty. Dealers and Distributors are not authorized to make adjustments or handle returns. All returns must be accompanied by a dated sales slip or other acceptable evidence of date of original purchase. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.

Warranty claims will be handled in two ways:

1. Return the product to the retail store where the original purchase was made
2. Complete the Warranty Form Below

If the product contains a defect in materials or workmanship, Full Throttle will repair or replace any defective part, or, at its option replace the entire product at no charge. You must pay the shipping charges.

If Full Throttle determines that the product does not meet the warranty requirements, we will notify you to determine if the product should be returned to you or destroyed.

Your Rights Under State Law. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal right which vary from state to state.
